You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order if:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags and packaging are intact.

The following items cannot be returned:

Used or washed products.

Items without original tags.

Products damaged due to customer misuse.

Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless received damaged or incorrect).
💳 Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
🔄 Exchange Policy
We gladly offer exchanges for:

Wrong size (subject to stock availability).

Damaged or defective products.

If the mistake is made by Laviza Boutique (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping charges.

If the return is requested for personal reasons (change of mind, incorrect size ordered by customer, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
